I've spent more than two decades working at the intersection of finance, operations and strategy, helping organisations navigate growth, complexity and change.

Throughout my corporate career, I was often brought into businesses at pivotal moments because I could see beyond the numbers. My role was never simply to improve financial performance. It was to understand how the whole business worked, identify what was holding it back and help leadership teams make confident decisions about what came next.

That experience has taken me across industries including technology, education, healthcare, financial services and energy. While every organisation was different, the work always came back to the same thing: helping people make better decisions through greater clarity.

Alongside my corporate career, I've spent more than fourteen years teaching at Master's level, designing programmes that help people understand complex ideas and apply them in practical ways. Today, that same approach shapes everything I create, from workshops and programmes to the way I work alongside clients.

I'm also currently completing a Doctorate in Finance. Not because I wanted another qualification, but because I'm fascinated by how people make decisions, the patterns that keep founders and business owners stuck, and how research can help us interrupt those cycles in meaningful ways.

Today, I bring together everything I've learned from corporate leadership, education and research to help founders, business owners and individuals become financially unshakeable through clarity, structure and accountability.
