THE YEAR THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING

my story

Built from
experience

My work sits at the intersection of finance, structure, and accountability. Despite my knowledge and experience, there was a time when my own finances were not aligned. I experienced significant debt and the quiet pressure that comes from carrying financial stress while appearing capable.

Rebuilding was not just about clearing debt. It was about creating systems that could withstand uncertainty. That is the work I now do with my clients.

"When you introduce honest visibility, focused action and consistent review, everything shifts. Not because you suddenly work harder, but because you are working in alignment with reality."

In corporate environments, accountability is built in. Performance is reviewed. Targets are measured. Decisions are rarely made in isolation. When people move into business ownership or attempt to improve their personal finances, that structure often disappears.

The Accountability Playbook was created to bring structured financial leadership back into that space. It is built around three principles: Truth, Action, and Progress.

There are years that pass quietly. And there are years that divide your life into before and after. For me, that year was 2025.

Within six months, I was made redundant from a role I had loved. I experienced a suspected stroke that required immediate treatment and recovery. I also began the process of divorce. It was not a gentle season.

But what I became deeply aware of during that period was the value of having built strong financial foundations long before the crisis arrived. Because my finances were structured and visible, I was not forced into reactive choices. I had time to recover. I had time to think clearly.

That year clarified my work in a way nothing else could. Financial stability is not about perfection. It is about building systems strong enough that when disruption comes, you remain steady.

how i work

Calm. Direct.
Grounded in reality.

T

Truth

I will meet you where you are. I will not shame you for past decisions. I will also not ignore what needs to change. We look at the numbers clearly - without judgement and without avoidance.

A

Action

We strengthen systems where they are weak and build accountability that supports growth rather than pressure. Finance can feel heavy. It does not have to feel intimidating.

P

Progress

The goal is simple. To help you operate from a place of financial steadiness so that your life and business decisions are intentional, not reactive. That is what unshakeable means.
